Under the Administration’s Office and the Socio-Cultural Affairs Office, the founding of the group was spearheaded by Ms. Julie Grace K. Mi-ing, enlisting 59 members. FSCAG’s Official Members, Election of Officers were laid on July 11, 2016 at the College Auditorium.
FSCAG organization opens opportunities for the employees to further their cultural arts about their roots, Mountain Province and beyond the Cordillera as a whole.
With the challenges posed on the youth today, it is the responsibility of the youth sector to conceptualize innovative leadership trainings and other significant events that would help build capacities and skills among the young leaders. More importantly, this shall equip the youth on how to oppose the enemy’s propaganda, communist recruitment, and infiltration strategies among the youths.
Jonathan A. Langbayan, 19 years old, ranked third among the 3,928 who passed the Licensure Examination for Criminologist administered nationwide by the Professional Regulation Commission on April 27-29, 2016. From the 16, 435 examinees, only 23.90% passed the exam.
Langbayan is a graduate of MPSPC- Bontoc Campus; he finished BS Criminology with an award of Best in Auxiliary Services given during their Internship Closing Ceremony on October 2015. He was a Dean’s Lister and a consistent class top-rank; and a varsity player of Sepak Takraw during his college years. He was also crowned Mr. MPSPC Campus Personality2014.
