To provide operational clarity and guidance on the specific roles and responsibilities, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) in coordination with Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC) is conducting the activity entitled “Kapit-Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services (KALAHI CIDSS) orientation and deployment to the MPSPC alumni and graduating students being held at the College Auditorium, Bontoc, MP today, November 6.
 
The orientation aimed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the KALAHI CIDSS program’s goals, objectives, and strategies. This also comes as part of the College’s initiative to provide temporary employment for the MPSPC alumni while they search for prolonged jobs.
 
In a message, College President Edgar G. Cue, represented by Mr. Reynaldo P. Gayo, Chief-of-Staff, encouraged the beneficiaries to grasp the opportunity to gain valuable experiences, networking opportunities, professional development, and become a transformational partner to the College and to the community.
 
“Let this be your starting point for achieving your dreams. Remember that the impact of your output will reflect on your professionalism, resilience, inclusivity, moral integrity, and excellence. Strive to be a PRIME mover,” Cue added.
 
Said program is being attended by College officials, including various local government officials of MP.
