Spearheaded by the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) of Mountain Province Sate Polytechnic College (MPSPC), the non-teaching personnel of MPSPC gathered today, September 28 at the Administrative Lobby to participate in the activity entitled “Re-echo Seminar and Team Building” in line with the celebration of the 123th Civil Service Anniversary.
 
With the CSC Anniversary theme, Transforming Public Service in the Next Decade: Honing Agile and Future-Ready Servant-Heroes, the re-echo and team building activity aims to allow employees who recently attended various external trainings to share their acquired learnings and updates as well as to build trust, strengthen communication, accord productivity and healthy competition among the MPSPC employees.
 
Dexter C. Lingbanan, Vice President for Administration and Finance, welcomed the participants by reiterating the activity as a platform in molding public servants to become agile by upholding excellent service.
 
Moreover, College President Edgar G. Cue represented by Reynaldo P. Gayo, Chief of Staff, urged the employees to display unity and cooperation for the enrichment of knowledge toward the attainment of the College’s vision, mission goals and thrusts.
 
“This is one way of instilling in ourselves our core values of professionalism, resilience, inclusivity, moral integrity, and excellence as we become prime movers for MPSPC,” stressed Cue.
