As an offshoot to various collaborations with the different state universities and colleges (SUCs) in the Philippines, Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC) President Edgar G. Cue attended the 1st University of the Philippines (UP)-SUC summit held at the Dusit Thani Hotel, Davao City on September 15, 2023.
With the theme "Pagtutulay, Pagtutuloy: Strengthening Partnerships in Philippine Public Higher Education", the summit aimed to strengthen and continue linkages of the University of the Philippines (UP) and State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) towards a transparent academic, cultural and community engagement for a more developed Philippine public higher education.
Said summit was spearheaded by the University of the Philippines - Mindanao under the administration of the new UP President.
