The Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC) received two (2) Certificates of Recognition from the Civil Service Commission during the 21st Regional Conference of Human Resource Management Practitioners (RCHRMPs) in Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) today, November 23, at the Newtown Plaza Hotel Convention Center, Baguio City, due to its determination and invaluable effort in promoting people excellence for efficient and effective public service delivery, and in completing the Maturity Level 2 indicators for HR Systems and HRMO Competencies particularly on Learning and Development, and Rewards and Recognition.

Moreover, MPSPC successfully completed the four (4) pillars of the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) that include Recruitment, Selection and Placement; Performance Management; Learning and Development; and, Rewards and Recognition. This also comes as part of the Collegeโ€™s mandate to render quality education, strong institutions, decent work, and economic growth in line with the United Nationsโ€™ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
 
Said Certificates of Recognition were received by Mr. Dexter C. Lingbanan, Vice President for Administration and Finance, Ms. Zenaida Y. Soliven, Director for HRM, and Mr. Reynaldo P. Gayo, Jr., Chief-of-Staff under the Office of the College President.
