MPSPC, led by its College President Dr. Edgar G. Cue hosted the Provincial Monday Flag Ceremony today, September 4, 2023, at the Multi-Purpose Hall. This significant event was made possible through a collaborative effort between the Commission on Civil Service (CSC) and the Philippine Army-Army Reserve Command (ARESCOM). Dr. Annie Claire B. Pekas, Provincial Health Officer II served as the esteemed Guest Speaker. Her message added a valuable dimension to the ceremony, inspiring all in attendance.
