MPSPC Muay Thai athletes secured impressive victories at the 2023 Muay Thai National Championships and the Philippine Muay Thai Youth Games 2023 held at the Multi-Purpose Arena PhilSports Complex, Pasig City from November 13-19, 2023. The team brought home a total of 2 gold, 1 silver, and 3 bronze medals.

Double champion Mr. Darwin P. Padchonga dominated the under 71kgs Elite Division, claiming gold in both events. Joining him on the podium for the Youth Games was Mr. Ivan Ray Bautista Sagoco, earning a silver in the under 63.5 kgs Novice Division. Bronze medals were secured by Mr. John Ray Dolipas (under 57 kgs Novice Division), Mr. Christian Kingaw (under 48 kgs Novice Division), and Mr. Elton Managtag (under 63.5 kgs Novice Division).
Notably, Padchonga advanced through the Luzon Leg Regional Championship qualifiers before making his mark at the national level. He also coaches the Muay Thai team from Bontoc, Mountain Province.
