Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC) joined the Philippine Service Commission (CSC) in celebrating 117 years of civil service.
Focusing on “Tugon sa Hamon ng Pagbabago: Malasakit ng Lingkod Bayani” as this year’s theme, MPSPC conducted tree planting activity in a one hectare public lot at Finew, Samoki, Bontoc, Mountain Province last September 29, 2017. Five hundred pine trees and acacia seedlings were planted by faculty, staff and some students.
CSC has been leading the nationwide celebration of the Philippine Civil Service since the enactment of Public Law No. 5 in September 1990.
