Dr. Rexton F. Chakas issued a set of Special Orders (SOs) to a new pool of designees who will lead various offices in both the Bontoc and the Tadian campuses. Mr. Dexter C. Lingbanan, the Chief of Staff of the Office of the President announced the names of the new designees on September 9, 2019 during the Monday flag ceremony held at the College Auditorium. Following this, the College President also issued a hold-over capacity order to the current designees.
Ms. Liberty A. Tudlong, the current Chairperson of the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration was designated as the Officer-in-charge – Executive Director for Student Affairs effective August 27, 2019 until August 26, 2020. Mr. Elvin P. Rosario, an instructor of the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration department was designated as Acting Director for Management Information System from August 26, 2019 to August 25, 2020.
Dr. Mark Preston S. Lopez, who recently returned after completing his doctorate degree at the University of Florida, USA was designated as the Officer-in-charge – Chairperson of the Teacher Education Department, Bontoc Campus from September 2, 2019 to September 1, 2020.
Ms. Jocelyn B. Brillantes was designated as Officer-in-charge – Cashiering from September 4, 2019 until the return of Mr. William F. Tangilag, Director for Cashiering from his vacation leave. Mr. Vadim Scott Ananayo was designated as Foreign Students Relations Officer effective September 6, 2019 to September 5, 2020.
Dr. Rogelio K. Balcita, Vice President for Administration and Finance was designated as Chairperson of the Administrative Staff Development Committee (ASDC). Leticia D. Napat-a, the Executive Director for Finance is the Vice Chairperson of the said committee. Dr. Emily Ann B. Marrero, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Annie Grail F. Ekid, Vice President for Research Development and Extension, Dr. Venus Grace K. Fagyan, Vice President for Resource Generation and Linkages, Dexter C. Lingbanan, Chief of Staff, Genevieve B. Claudio, Director for Quality Assurance and Engr. Elpecio B. Marrero, Director for Supply and Head of the Operating Unit Concerned are the committee members, while Zenaida Y. Soliven, Director for Human Resource Management, is the committee secretary.
Meanwhile, SOs were also issued to various personnel from the Tadian Campus as Chairpersons and Coordinators of the different programs being offered in the said campus effective September 2, 2019 to September 1, 2020.
In the Agriculture and Forestry Department, Mr. Brent E. Gomuad was designated as Chairperson of the Forestry Department while Mr. Alver W. Claudio was designated as Chairperson of the Agro Forestry Department. Other designated coordinators for the various programs were Dr. Linda I. Guinabang for DAT-BAT, Ms. Genevieve B. Claudio for Environmental Science, and Ms. Zaida B. Balcita for Agribusiness.
Program Coordinators for Teacher Education Department of Tadian Campus were also issued by the Office of the President, which include Ms. Dana N. Doquey for the BEEd program, Mr. Juvencio F. Cawaren for BSEd, and Mr. Eduardo S. Oting for BTTE. Furthermore, Program Coordinators of the Engineering Department, Tadian Campus, include Engr. Rose B. Amoy for Geodetic Engineering, Engr. Joel B. Dicksen for Civil Engineering and Engr. Lloyd F. Ilacad for Electrical Engineering.
