BAGUIO CITY-Mountain Province State Polytechnic College stood out among the 12 Universities and Colleges when it seized the overall 2ndrunner-up during the 18th Regional Higher Education Press Conference last December 1-2 at the Baguio Benguet Community Credit Cooperative.
Rising up from being the 4th runner-up during the 17th RHEPC, MPSPC bagged the 2nd runner-up in Group and in the Individual category this year.
University of the Cordilleras snatched the Overall Champion after its slumber for two years, followed by Benguet State University as the 1st runner-up, Saint Louis as the 3rd Runner-up and Ifugao State University as the 4th runner-up.
