318 first-year students from the National Service Training Program-Civil Welfare and Training Service attended the first day of the seminar on Cultivating NSTP Students: Drug Education, National Security Awareness and Peace Education today, November 11, 2023, at the College Auditorium.
 
This is initiated by the National Service Training Program and various resource speakers from the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA): Pat Cess Ann Pitlongey, Julius M. Calatan, PMSg Didao Fosawil, PLT Peter Apangcay, Julita Agramos, PCpl Ebona L. Poloc and 1LT Nixon Vallar (INF) PA.
 
College President Dr. Edgar G. Cue represented by Mr. Reynaldo P. Gayo stressed the importance of the activity in the College's mission to pursue responsive instruction in order to produce resilient and productive citizens that will contribute to sustainable development.
 
The seminar will continue on November 18, 2023. This activity is anchored to the following Sustainable Development Goals: Good Health and Well-Being (SDG 3) and Peace, Justice, and Strong Institution (SDG 16).
