“This orientation will help you in familiarizing the school system, the rules and regulation of the institution, to fully understand the scholarship you are in and learn its benefits and legal mandates,” stressed College President Edgar G. Cue represented by Karen B. Cue, Director for Linkages and Special Projects, during the Training Induction Program for Housekeeping NC II trainees yesterday, September 26 at the New HTM Hall.

Cue then expressed his gratitude to the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority – Cordillera Administrative Region (TESDA-CAR) for providing the scholarship training under their Tulong Trabaho Scholarship Program (TTSP).

Moreover, Cue encouraged the trainees to take advantage of this given opportunity as an avenue for knowledge and growth. “You will be informed about how important this program is, and how it will provide you with the appropriate skills and opportunities for your employment,” Cue emphasized.

Hosted by the Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM) Department of Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC) in partnership with TESDA-CAR, the program aimed to orient the trainees on the TESDA guidelines in implementing the awarded TTSP scholarship.
