A Fine Dining Hands-On Lecture was conducted at the College Auditorium on December 19, 2023, which aimed to train criminology students to excel in their field and uphold professional and ethical standards that are aligned with the college's vision of gaining international recognition for its commitment to cultural continuity, transformative innovation, and sustainable development.

The lecture was a collaborative effort between the Criminology Department, the Hotel Management and Tourism (HMT) Department, and the Gender and Development (GAD) Unit. Each department contributed their expertise to create a comprehensive learning experience for the students.

The training was essential for future criminologists who will often interact with diverse individuals. It taught them proper etiquette, table manners, and appropriate dressing. The HMT faculty played a crucial role in educating the students on fine dining etiquette and wardrobe selection, equipping them with practical skills for their professional lives. The Criminology instructors also reinforced the importance of the college's vision, mission, the law enforcement code of ethics, pledge of loyalty, and police officer's creed.

The GAD Unit, in line with Sustainable Development Goal 5, challenged traditional gender roles during the event. By promoting equal participation, they demonstrated that professional conduct and etiquette are not limited by gender. This initiative contributed to the empowerment of women and girls, aligning with the ethos of SDG 5.
