The Commission on Audit- Cordillera Administrative Region (COA-CAR) conducted its Entrance Conference with Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC) at the Admin Conference Building today, October 16, to provide an overview on the systematic processes, procedures, requirements and other pertinent concerns relevant to auditing and financial management matters.
In his closing remarks, College President Edgar G. Cue expressed his gratitude to the COA-CAR for showing their steadfast support toward the auditing pursuits of MPSPC.
Moreover, he urged the auditing body of MPSPC to work together in order to contribute to the ongoing development of the College by upholding the highest standards of integrity, efficiency, and accountability in its financial management and operations.
โLet me remind the three audit thrust areas to consider which are financial audit, other mandatory audit areas, and monitoring or validation on the implementation of the prior yearโs audit recommendation for us to continually foster and nurture our shared commitment to the people for the attainment of good governance,โ Cue added.
