To push โ€˜possibleโ€™ collaboration in agriculture through research, the Mountain Province State Polytechnic College meets with the Dalhouise University of Nova Scotia, Canada represented by Dr. David Parks (Project and Advancement Coordinator for International, and Faculty of Agriculture) and Ms. Lana Bos (Acting Manager for International) yesterday, October 11, 2023.
 
Current challenges in the agricultural sector as well as recruiting and retaining young people to study agriculture to become producers were discussed. They were later toured to the different agricultural areas in Maligcong. Ms. Melisa D. Pinic, TESDA Provincial Director also presented the TVET programs of TESDA.
 
Strengthening the Collegeโ€™s thrust-TRANSFORM, the event, in partnership with the Magic 7+ Consortium PhilCanEDUCON was realized through the Special Projects and Linkages Unit. Faculty members and practitioners from the Agro-Forestry Department were also present.
