The Mountain Province State Polytechnic College celebrates the retirement of Dr. Hilary L. Tican today, September 8, 2023 at the IPED Building, Tadian Campus. The College officials led by President Edgar G. Cue, faculty and students presented a tribute to Dr. Tican for the 30 years of excellent service he rendered for the institution.
He was not only an educator but also held different designations. He was the Director for Admissions, Director for Office of Student Affairs and Guidance Counselor, Planning Officer, OIC-Dean for Tadian campus, Campus Research Coordinator, Coordinator for Graduate School Tadian, TED Tadian Chairperson, and Executive Dean for Tadian campus. He now retires as Professor V.
Dr. Tican was accompanied by his wife and children who also gave their heartfelt messages for him. Personnel and students from the different departments of the campus including the College Officials offered various presentations and warm messages for Dr. Tican during the program.
