As a groundwork for the proposed establishment of a Highland Agriculture Innovation and Learning (HAIL) Center, the Research Development and Extension (RDE) Unit of Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC) led the Landscape Planning at the CVSDREP Center, Ba-ang, Bauko, MP today, October 13.
 
The activity is in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) on Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure; Decent Work and Economic Growth; and, Climate Action, centered on identifying the areas where to situate the different projects such as the green house, nursery, technology demonstration plots and the weather monitoring system.
 
Participants during the planning include College President Edgar G. Cue, Dr. Epiphania B. Magwilang, Vice President for RDE, Mr. Reynaldo P. Gayo Jr., Chief of Staff, Ms. Karyl Po-or, Planning Officer, Ms. Lyzlyn Agwilang, Director for Research and Development, Ms. Joy Fraine M. Ngodcho, Director for Extension, Mr. Cleto P. Dalmacio, College Engineer, the Department of Agro-Forestry faculty, Dr. Julie Garci, Program Chairperson of Teacher Education Department - MPSPC Tadian Campus, and staff of RDE and College Engineering Office of both Tadian and Bontoc Campuses.
