The Extension Unit of Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC) in partnership with the Artisanal Gold Council are spearheading the activity entitled “Leadership and Organizational Management Training-Workshop” today and tomorrow, October 24-25 at the Bishop Claver Pastoral Complex, Teng-ab, Bontoc, MP.
 
Participated by the members of the Northern Sagada Small Scale Mining Association, the two-day activity aims to develop and refine essential leadership qualities of officers, provide insights and strategies effective organizational management, and to strengthen participants’ ability to make informal, timely, and effective decisions.
 
In a message, College President Edgar G. Cue represented by Mr. Dexter C. Lingbanan, Vice President for Administration and Finance, lauded the proponents toward a meaning conduct of the said activity. He also encouraged the participants including the leaders to be enriched with knowledge for them to apply within their organization.
 
“If you want to lead a team, then prove to become an epitome so that your companions will see and follow. Remember that your leadership reflects to the output of every project you make,” added Cue.
