The Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC), under the leadership of College President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, was awarded by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) a Level 2 Maturity for Human Resource systems and Human Resource Management (HRM) competencies in Learning and Development.
Dr. Cue received the Certificate of Recognition from CSC – Mountain Province & Ifugao Field Office Director Anita Verina T. Paredes during an awarding ceremony at the MPSPC Administration Building, Bontoc, MP, earlier today, June 13, 2023.
The said award recognizes the agency’s “determination and invaluable efforts to promote people excellence in their agency for efficient and effective public service delivery.”
In a message, Dr. Cue expressed his gratitude for the recognition as “a testament of the administration’s commitment and goal to enhance efficiency in the delivery of quality services through excellence in HRMO – L&D.”
The awarding was witnessed by the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Mark Preston S. Lopez, HRM Director, Zenaida Y. Soliven, and Mr. Reynaldo P. Gayo.
