Driven by its commitment to excellence in education and organizational performance, the Institutional Quality Assurance of the College continues its stint for the Philippine Quality Awards (Phase 1) through a workshop and an institutional assessment on the requirements of the Criteria for Performance Excellence embodied in seven categories: Leadership; Strategy; Customers; Measurement, Analysis, and Knowledge Management; Workforce; Operations; and Results.
 
The PQA is the highest level of national recognition for exemplary organizational performance. It is an award for a quality management system that hinges on the improvement of product and/or service delivery and provides a means of satisfying and responding to customersโ€™ needs and requirements.
