The Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC) took a significant step in strengthening its linkages and extension services through a momentous Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing Ceremony held on June 22, 2023. Led by the esteemed College President, Dr. Edgar G. Cue, MPSPC solidified partnerships with several prominent agencies, marking a new era of collaboration and mutual support.
The partner agencies involved in this momentous event included LGU-Bontoc, Masla National High School, Otucan Bila National High School, Bauko Central School, BLGU-Bontoc Ili, the Philippine National Police (PNP), and the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration-Cordillera Administrative Region (OWWA-CAR). Expressing their gratitude, the heads and representatives of the partner agencies delivered messages of gratitude, underscoring the value of such collaborations in advancing education and community development. To add further vibrancy to the occasion, intermissions were provided by both the partner agencies and the MPSPC Minstrels, captivating the audience and enhancing the celebratory atmosphere. Notable officials from MPSPC and the partner agencies were present as witnesses, further affirming the significance of the event.
The MOA Signing Ceremony was spearheaded by the Office of Research, Development, and Extension-Extension Services (RDE-ES), under the able leadership of Vice President for RDE, Dr. Epiphania B. Magwilang. The ceremony also highlighted the pivotal role played by the Director for Linkages and Special Projects, Dr. Karen B. Cue, and her team in fostering and nurturing these important partnerships.
