Strengthening constructive engagement among stakeholders and ensuring transparency and accountability in the delivery of service, delegations from the Provincial Local Government Unit (PLGU) of Mountain Province, the PLGU Ifugao, are currently participating in the “Adoption and Roll-Out of a Gender-Responsive Conflict—Sensitive and Peace-Promoting (CSPP)—Livelihood Project Development and Management (LPDM) and CSPP—Citizen Led Monitoring (CLM) Modules to Clustered Peace Partners: Cascading Session For Identified Citizen Monitors in the Provinces of Ifugao and Mt. Province” today, December 5, at the St. Joseph Resthouse, Sagada, MP.

Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC) President Edgar G. Cue, represented by Mr. Dexter C. Lingbanan, Vice President for Administration and Finance, warmly welcomed the delegates from the Province of Ifugao, including the participants from the PLGU Mountain Province. He also reiterated the importance of this event as an approach to creating a platform for meaningful interaction and the exchange of innovative ideas.


“Our collaborative efforts are a manifestation of our unwavering commitment as we aim to transform lives and foster resiliency for inclusive and sustainable development, safety, and unity,” Cue added.


Said event will run until Friday, December 8, 2023, and is being conducted by the Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation, and Unity (OPAPRU) in collaboration with the Provincial Local Government Unit (PLGU) of Mountain Province, the PLGU Ifugao, and the Ifugao State University, including MPSPC.
