Spearheaded by the Human Resource Management Office of MPSPC, in partnership with the Civil Service Commission – Mountain Province, the activity aimed to equip the employees regarding the appropriate norms and ethical conduct in providing service to the clientele.

College President Edgar G. Cue, in his opening remarks, spurred the personnel to deliver their duties with utmost responsibility, integrity, competence, and loyalty, by eliminating disparities in service, and building a just and humane society for general welfare.

“Let us imbibe in ourselves the code of conduct and ethical standards, and uphold public interest, as we prove the phrase “Public service is a public TRUST”. Remember that we are the drivers of MPSPC as we chart our dream to transform lives and foster sustainable development,” Cue added.

The second day of the activity will continue tomorrow, November 29, 2023.
