The University of Baguio Gymnasium recently hosted a Faculty Immersion and Training Series (FITS) event to equip instructors with the necessary skills and knowledge for teaching the Cordillera Heritage 101 class.
A delegation from MPSPC attended, including writers of the Cordillera Heritage 101 Workbook. The event involved exploring the ten chapters of the class and engaging in collaborative lesson planning. Participants also learned about hybrid teaching methods through a return demonstration. The event provided a platform for educators to showcase their teaching skills, fostered a sense of pride and inspiration., and encouraged them to embrace innovative teaching methods.
