Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC), through College President Egdar G. Cue signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Coffee Collective of the Philippines, Inc., also known as Philippine Coffee Guild (PCG) represented by Dr. Emmanuel V. Garcia, Chairperson of PCG, today, October 24, at the Library Cafe by Gourmet Farms, Manila.
 
The MOU seeks to promote exchange of best practices in the areas of research, social development, and environment; collaborate in capacity building initiatives, networking activities and industry-wide forums; and, to enhance academe and private sector dialogue and cooperation between MPSPC and PCG.
 
Said signing was witnessed by Dr. Karen B. Cue, MPSPC Director for Linkages and Special Projects, Ms. Bettina Grace B. Nuestro, Director of PCG, Ms. Frangelica Valdez, PCG Board Member and Mr. Vince Santos, Q Arabica Grader /Coffee Professional of the Gourmet Farms, Inc.
