The Mountain Province State Polytechnic College and Fulbright Philippines successfully carried out the Virtual Information Session which they co-organized. The event was part of the strong and functional partnership covered by an MOU between the two institutions. Dr. Edgar G. Cue, MPSPC President, and Mr. Julio S. Amador III, Executive Director of Fulbright Philippines, graced the session with their messages. Among the participants were K-12 teachers of DepEd, MPSPC students, faculty and non-teaching staff. Ms. Darla Leanne Dela Rosa, a Global UGrad alum shared her experiences while Mr. Daniel Solis, Ms. Lovely Serrano, and Dr. Mark Preston Lopez served as moderators and resource persons. The outreach activity aims to encourage Mountain Province teachers, professionals, and college students to apply in Fulbrightโs various programs for opportunities to study in the US, and also to serve as cultural ambassadors. MPSPC continues to engage in activities that have real impact to the wider community and help attain its goals and objectives thru sustainable partnerships.
