DR. PATRICIA MARTINEZ-ALVAREZ of Teachers College in Columbia University, New York, USA arrived in the country today to start her 6-week Fulbright Fellowship at the Mountain Province State Polytechnic College. She was welcomed at the NAIA by a team led by Vice-President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Mark Preston S. Lopez. Dr. Alvarez will do a series of collaborative capacity-building on curriculum, pedagogy, and research with faculty membersand students. This fellowship is part of the current Administration’s functional Internationalization Program embedded in President Edgar G. Cue’s VMGT.
