The Land Transportation Office – Cordillera Administrative Region (LTO-CAR), in collaboration with Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC), holds a free 15-hour Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) for applicants of student permits at the College Auditorium today, June 26.
 
College President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, represented by Vice President for Administration and Finance Mr. Reynaldo P. Gayo Jr., expressed his gratitude to the individuals behind the implementation of the said training. “More than just teaching you the technical aspects of driving, instilling values of respect and attentiveness is the primary focus for ensuring safety,” Dr. Cue added.
 
The course aims to educate participants on road safety regulations, basic driving principles, and ethical driving practices.
 
Present during the Day 1 TDC Caravan are Congressman Maximo Y. Dalog, Jr., represented by Ms. Wabilyn Leanne M. Lomong-oy and Ms. Janina Mae Napadao, Governor Hon. Bonifacio C. Lacwasan, Jr., represented by Mr. Ernesto Bondad, NTI Administrator Ms. Winifred G. Cue and staff, Bontoc Mayor Jerome B. Tudlong, Jr., OIC-LTO-MP LTO-MP Engr. Angelique De Castro and staff, MPSPC personnel and staff, and applicants.
 
The implementation of TDC Caravan is in partnership with: Congressman Atty. Maximo Y. Dalog, Jr., Governor Bonifacio C. Lacwasan, Jr., Bontoc Mayor Jerome B. Tudlong, Jr., Besao Mayor Bryne O. Bacwaden, Sabangan Mayor Marcial C. Lawilao, Jr., Barlig Mayor Clark Ngaya, Bauko Councilor Edna Abnasan Bantasan Capuyan, Tadian Councilor Laurence Atipen, Land Transportation Office-MP, Northland Technical Institute Inc. located at Diwayan/Solang Building, LTO-Accredited Driving School, LDJS Clinic-Bontoc, and MPSPC.
 
This training runs until tomorrow, June 27, 2024.
