Spearheaded by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Field Office – MP, the Mountain Province Sate Polytechnic College (MPSPC) hosted the 3rd Human Resource Conversations and Launching of the 123rd Philippine Civil Service Anniversary 2023 with the theme “Transforming Public Service in the Next Decade: Honing Agile and Future-Ready Servant-Heroes” held at the Conference Hall, 3rd Floor, MPSPC Admin Building today, August 14.
In his message during the opening program, College President Edgar G. Cue expressed his gratitude to the CSC Field Office-MP in bringing the event to the college. He also emphasized the importance of delivering an effective and efficient public service.
“This is a timely and relevant perspective reflecting our collective efforts as civil servants in upholding public service excellence amidst changing human resource landscape. This has and will be a great challenge as we traverse the new normal. While the threat of COVID-19 has been great and the future is uncertain, we in the civil service has remained agile and was able to respond and continue to innovate and transform our ways, ensuring that services are unhampered”, stressed Cue.
Participants of the said event are the Human Resource Management Officers and Administrative Officers from the different municipalities and line agencies in the province.
