The Mountain Province State Polytechnic College-College of Nursing conducted the16th Capping, Pinning and Candle Lighting Ceremony for 293 Nursing students, known as Batch Hiraya on July 21, 2023 at the College Aditorium. Bearing the theme, โPromoting Equity and Diversity in Nursing Education Towards Universal Health Care,โ the ceremony featured Mr. Michael B. Capuyan, Jr., RN, MAN as the Guest Speaker. The event was attended by Cong. Maximo Y. Dalog, Jr. represented by Mr. Dionisio K. Wacdisen, College Officials, personnel and parents.
