With its aim to strengthen partnerships and linkages, and in accord with the UNโ€™s Sustainable Development Goal number 17 which aims to strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development, the College, under the leadership of College President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, has recently signed Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs) with several esteemed partner agencies. These agencies include the Luis Hora Memorial Regional Hospital, Technical Education Skills and Development Authority, Bontoc Municipal District Jail, Local Government Unit of Bontoc, Local Government Unit of Barlig, Local Government Unit of Bauko, and the Department of Trade and Industry-Mountain Province.
 
The representatives of these partner agencies, namely Mr. Rex Allen T. Cadio (President, MP Farmers, Fisherfolks and Loach Throng), Dr. Eduardo B. Calpito (Medical Center Chief, Luis Hora Memorial Regional Hospital), Ms. Melita D. Picnic (Provincial Director, TESDA), JSINSP Bartolome B. Tresmanio (OIC-Bontoc Municipal District Jail), Hon. Jerome B. Tudlong (Municipal Mayor-LGU Bontoc), Hon. Clark Ngaya (Municipal Mayor- LGU Barlig), represented by Ms. Graciela G. Manao, Hon. Randolf T. Awisan (Municipal Mayor, Bauko), and Ms. Mabel F. Banggawan (Provincial Director, DTI- MP) represented by Ms. Mae Ananayo, were present during the signing ceremony.
 
In his message, Congressman Maximo Y. Dalog, Jr., represented by Mr. Erlindo Agwilang, expressed his hope that this collaboration would serve as a platform for the College to further engage in improving the quality of life for its students and constituents. He also emphasized that the Congressman's Office would consistently provide unwavering support, particularly in enhancing the institution's capability to deliver excellent and world-class extension services.
 
The MOA Signing Ceremony was witnessed by officials and personnel from all parties.
