In the pursuit of quality and excellence, and as one of its relentless efforts and strong support to employees’ empowerment and capacitation as it committedly attain its Vision, Mission, Goals, and Thrusts – TRANSFORM, the Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC) had five of its faculty members participate in the two-days on-site training for online preliminary surveys and the accreditation of levels 1 and II programs at the Philippine Normal University, Manila on April 29-30, 2024. They are Engr. Rogie P. Lantion, School of Engineering Chairperson, Tadian Campus, Ms. Annie Lourie Y. Paredes, School of Health Care Education Program Coordinator, Ms. Fatima Joy T. Bukong, BSNED faculty under the School of Teacher Education, Ms. Sheila A. Desierto, Information Technology faculty under the School of Accountancy, Business, and Technology, and Ms. Karyl A. Po-or, Director for Planning and Development and School of Teacher Education faculty.
 
The training focused on Outcomes-based Quality Assurance and online accreditation, the Program Performance Profile (PPP) template and how to compute survey instruments, identification of the necessary documents relevant to the program, area, and parameter, the rating system based on the online accreditation method, application of strategies in writing the accreditation reports (strengths, ANI, and recommendations) based on the new approach in accreditation, and description/appreciation of accreditors’ professional and ethical responsibility in online accreditation.
 
The training concluded with an online examination.
