To ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations on procurement, Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC) Department Heads, Unit Heads, and all accredited organizational advisers are attending the โInformation Dissemination of Procurement Procedures Pursuant to Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184โ at the College Auditorium, Bontoc, MP, today, November 8.
Spearheaded by the Bids and Awards Office of MPSPC, the activity aims to capacitate the participants on the proper administration of procurement transactions, allowing them to develop procurement strategies and procedures in accordance with RA 9184 and in compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001:2015 standards.
In his message, College President Edgar G. Cue, represented by Mr. Dexter C. Lingbanan, Vice President for Administration and Finance, lauded the facilitators for the effort toward the fruition of the activity. He also urged the participants to be attentive so as to be equipped with knowledge in order to contribute to the underlying efforts toward sustainable development.
