Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC) President Edgar G. Cue together with Engineer Rose Amoy, Chair of MPSPC's Taskforce on Landholdings, met with personnel from the Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) - Paracelis namely Engr. Gilbert G. Mangliwan, officer-in-charge of CENRO Paracelis and Engr. Oliver Balajo for site validation today, October 4 at CENRO -Poblacion, Paracelis, MP.
