The activity provides a means of regularly evaluating the sector's performance and identifying areas for development. It also boosts rapport and encourages collaboration among the participants as they work together to come up with an action plan to boost the sectorโ€™s morale as well as the College as a whole and meet the targets and thrust set for 2024.

In a message, College President Edgar G. Cue, represented by Chief-of-Staff Reynaldo P. Gayo, Jr., highlighted the importance of the activity as a foundation of progress and development through well-crafted plans and appraisals that bring forth transformative ideas, create opportunities, and drive innovation for sustainable growth.

โ€œThis activity provides the backbones and processes necessary for sustaining the Income Generating Projects (IGPs) of the College that align with the necessities and aspirations of our clientele and of the educational community,โ€ added Cue.
