MPSPC College President, Dr. Edgar G. Cue represented by Dr. Arel B. Sia-ed, Dean of Bontoc Campus welcomes the HM/TM faculty and students of Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC) for the Student Annual Socialization Night - Masquerade Ball today, October 6 at the College Auditorium.
 
In his message, "... this activity is all about celebrating and building strong relationships – relationship with each other, with our faculty and with MPSPC as a whole." he said.
 
The said activity aims to build a strong camaraderie for the department to develop a friendly relationship among students.
