Under the leadership of College President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, the Gender and Development (GAD) Unit headed by its Director, Ms. Parline Angyap Tafaleng-Ullalim, has made significant progress. This has resulted in the formation of the MOVE MPSPC Chapter, a national organization that includes men as active allies in combating violence and promoting respect in the community. This organization reflects the college's commitment to inclusivity and empowering women, in line with the broader goal of achieving gender equality.

The actions of the GAD Unit align with the college's TRANSFORM thrust, representing a dedication to positive change, innovation, academic excellence, and social responsibility. This initiative, supported by Dr. Cue, also highlights the importance of culture, arts, resilience, and moral values. Essentially, the college's focus on gender equality and development through the GAD Unit's efforts contributes to creating a vibrant and progressive environment that meets the evolving needs of stakeholders and promotes the holistic development of the community.
