126 Criminology interns were successfully turned over to the province’s tri bureau through a Turnover ceremony and Reception Rites today, February 8, 2024, at the Mountain Province Police Provincial Office Camp Lt. Geronimo F. Montes Bontoc, MP.

The MASIDTALAG Class of 2024, woven as “Makikisig na Sinanay ng Dangal, Talino, Lakas at Galing will be having their internship at the Mountain Province Philippine National Police, Bontoc Municipal Police Station, Bontoc Fire Station, and Mountain Province District Jail for this semester.
 
College President Edgar G. Cue, represented by Executive Assistant Ms. Shaine Marie Macli-ing expressed his gratitude to the said partner agencies for always accommodating the College’s criminology interns. He also stressed to the interns the importance of teamwork. “Teamwork is very important because tasks are not assigned to individuals but to groups as it stresses the importance of working in groups or working as teams, thus instilling in you the value of teamwork,” he said.
 
Moreover, Criminology Department Chairperson Mr. Edgar Mapangdol challenged the interns to embrace the struggles that lie ahead and that they should take the internship as an opportunity to immerse themselves in the practical realities of their program.
 
Also giving messages of motivation to the class MASIDTALAG are MPPPO Provincial Director PCOL Sibly Dawiguey Jr. represent#SDG4 d by PLTCOL Crisante Sadino, BFS OIC Fire Marshall Gilbert Ngayaan represented by SFO1 Christina Onga-ong, MPDJ Provincial Jail Warden JSINSP Bartolome Tresmanio, BMPS OIC PMAJ Ryan Wakat and Program Coordinator Mr. Rommel Fecha.
