The on-going AACCUP accreditation has been intense and hard for the Mountain Province State Polytechnic College during the past days.

According to Dr. Gina Lacaben, one of the overall coordinators of the task force on the accreditation, it is the first time of the College to incorporate the new instrument also known as the Outcome Based Survey Instrument in its accreditation. Compared to the old instrument used where the accreditors only look for the Self Survey reports, the new instrument now demands also for the Program Performance Profile and the Compliance reports on recommendations of the last visit from the college. MPSPC is still adjusting on this new method and it is a great challenge for the task force to fill in and provide all the documents needed for the new instrument.
