8.18.2023. The Dean of the College of Nursing, Mr. Alfred O. Fomocao, Jr. and faculty members took the initiative to find suitable housing for their students for their Related Learning Experience (RLE) on September at Besao as part of the Department’s curriculum. The Department and the College are committed in fostering the learning development of the students at every stage by ensuring them a comfortable and supportive environment.
In this regard, the department expresses its gratitude to Mr. Ceasar Batolog, an alumnus of MPSPC Nursing Department and currently a firefighter stationed at Besao Fire Station, for his time and effort in helping find staff homes suitable for the Nursing students.
The department also expresses its appreciation to Victor B. Songaben, the Baranggay Captain of Kin-iway, Besao, for offering the Barangay Hall quarters as temporary accommodation for a month while waiting for the completion of the only staff house found.
The department extended courtesy to Besao General Hospital through Dra. Yolanda K. Calicdan.
