Two Muay Thai athletes from MPSPC came victorious in the Philippine National Games Muay Thai Championship. Darwin P. Padchonga, Gold Medalist for the Under 71 kgs. Elite Division and Ivan Ray Bautista Sagoco, Bronze Medalist under 63.5 kgs. continued to win awards.

Notably, the duo also won during the 2023 Muay Thai National Championships and the Philippine Muay Thai Youth Games 2023 this year. Padchonga also coaches the athletes for the Batang Pinoy Youth Games National Championship which garnered multiple awards.
Attended by almost 22,000 athletes, the Philippine National Games National Championships and the annual Batang Pinoy National Youth Championship are the two biggest sports events in the Philippine History of Sports. The Philippine National Games are played by individuals aged 18-40 and above, while the Batang Pinoy is played by those under 17 years old. These games serve as a platform for selecting national athletes who will represent the Philippine Team in international competitions. The events took place simultaneously from December 17-22, 2023 in Manila and Pasig City.
