College President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, together with the Presidential Management Staff (PMS), joined the French and Greek Cuisine Open House of the Hospitality Management (HM) Department of Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC) on December 5โ€“6, 2023, at the MPSPC HM Hall, Bontoc, MP.

The activity aimed to showcase the knowledge and skills acquired by the students from their respective subjects through their different culinary recipes, to enhance students' entrepreneurial, decision-making, event management, and culinary skills, and to deliver high-quality education through responsive instruction and innovative teaching methods.
 
Said activity was also anchored to the United Nationsโ€™ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for quality education, clean water and sanitation, and responsible consumption and production.
