College President Dr. Edgar G. Cue graced a training of women farmers dubbed as “Empowering Women Farmers of TBECCC through Advanced Excel Competency” as part of the extension activity of the Accountancy Department at Room 301, MPSPC Academic Building, Bontoc, MP on June 12, 2023.


In a message, Dr. Cue emphasized the importance of the capability building activity to enhance the knowledge and skills of the women farmer cooperative officers, staff, and members on the use MS Excel in support to its operation.


“Nan training ay nay et tchansa yu ay opisyales ken miyembro sinan coop ay enfalin ay “techy” weno enfalin ay experto sinan makwani ay microsoft excel tapnu kumawis ya maimanman nan angnen yu isnan siping yu weno isnan finances yu,” Cue expressed in the local dialect.


(This training is an opportunity for you, officials and members, to learn becoming a “techy” in Microsoft Excel and eventually contribute to the better management of your workloads especially on financial and money matters.)


Dr. Cue also expressed his gratitude to the cooperative for accepting Mountain Province State Polytechnic Colelge (MPSPC) as its partner in its institutional development saying “[N]an MPSPC et sipupuso ay mangfachang ken chakayu tapnu nan coop yu et enfalin ay modelo sinan tapina ay enluglukhi ay coop.”

The said training is part of a continuing capacity building activities aimed to capacitate the Tomangew Bayyo Ecclesial Community Credit Cooperative (TBECCC) under the extension program of the MPSPC Accountancy Department.
