MPSPC President Edgar G. Cue meets with other heads of state universities and colleges (SUCs) during the President's Night as part of the Association of State Colleges and Universities in Solid North (ASCU-SN) Midyear Festival hosted by Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU), June 26.
The gathering sought to foster unity and solidarity among the presidents of the 20 participating SUCs.
