The School of Advance Education (SAE) Department in collaboration with the Gender and Development (GAD) Unit of Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC) conducted a training titled “Empowering Research Excellence: A Gender Inclusive Approach” today, December 6 at the College Audio-Visual Room (AVR), Bontoc, MP.
With a theme “Publish, Persist, Flourish”, the activity seeks to capacitate the faculty members of the SAE Department on the rigorous processes and techniques of an in-depth research, equipping them on using digital toolkits and ethics of using artificial intelligence in their researches.
In a message, Dr. Johnny P. Cayabas, Jr., Dean of SAE Department, who represented College President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, emphasized the importance of research in the College, as it has been adopted by LGUs and schools for finding solutions to vital issues faced in their respective areas.
He also urged the faculty members to be open minded and welcome comments and suggestions for the enhancement of their researches. “Always be guided by our core values of PROFESSIONALISM, RESILIENCE, INCLUSIVITY, MORAL INTEGRITY, and EXCELLENCE.”
