Spearheaded by the National Service Training Program (NSTP) Office of MPSPC, in collaboration with the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO), this seminar serves as a vehicle for capacity building and empowerment for the youth to craft intricate action plans directly addressing specific environmental challenges. This comes as part of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in promoting transformational governance and collective welfare of both students and communities.

Furthermore, the training educates the students on the knowledge and skills associated with Clean and Water Sanitation, Climate Action, and Life on Land that are aligned with a global perspective on environmental stewardship.

College President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, represented by Mr. Reynaldo P. Gayo, Jr., Chief-of-Staff, expressed gratitude to the organizers and guest speakers in his opening statement, advising the students to absorb and apply every knowledge and action plan they could from the seminar.

“I am assured that by working together, we will contribute to a more transformational, clean, and greener future that promotes an innovative governance for sustainable development,” added Cue.
