Members of MPSPC's Technical Working Groups for international rankings gathered for a lock-in writeshop focused on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The event aimed to enhance the College's programs and projects to increase its standing in the 2024 THE Impact Ranking and World University Ranking for Innovation. Discussions centered on the role of universities in achieving SDGs and driving positive societal change.
Dr. Norby Salonga of De La Salle University highlighted DLSU's social enterprise initiatives as an example for MPSPC to follow. The goal is for MPSPC to assess and enhance its contributions to SDGs, focusing on sustainable development, innovation, and social impact.
The lock-in writeshop serves as a stepping stone for the College to improve its standing in influential rankings and make a meaningful impact. The event concludes today with discussions and workshops to refine strategies for institutional excellence through SDG contributions, showcasing MPSPC's commitment to academic excellence and societal betterment.
