MPSPC celebrates its 32nd Charter Anniversary as a GLOCALIZED higher education institution. The anniversary marks another milestone embedded with history and excellent accomplishments.

The occasion was highlighted with a Thanksgiving Mass, celebrated by Father Andrew Gonzalo of the Sta. Rita Mission Station. Atty. Jennilyn M. Dawayan, the OIC-Regional Executive Director of the Department of Agriculture-CAR represented by Dr. Arlene M. Sagayo, the OIC-Regional Technical Director for Research and Regulations of DA-CAR served as the guest speaker during the Charter Program.
 
Public and College Officials gave their messages during the program: DBM Secretary Amenah F. Pangandaman, Congressman Maximo Y. Dalog, Jr., Governor Bonifacio C. Lacwasan, Jr., Bontoc Municipal Mayor Jerome B. Tudlong, College President Edgar G. Cue, Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Mark Preston S. Lopez, and Vice President for Administration and Finance Mr. Dexter C. Lingbanan.
 
The said program was also joined by LGU officials and their representatives namely Vice-Governor Francis Tauli, SP Member Ricardo Jr. M. Masidong, Tadian Municipal Mayor Constito S. Masweng represented by Ms. Elyssa Buned, Sabangan Municipal Mayor Marcial C. Lawilao, Jr., Provincial Director of DRRMO Atty. Edward F. Chumanaw Jr.,  PCapt Nestor Puguon, MPSPC Alumni Mr. Perry Bacwaden, and DOST Provincial Director Engr. Angel Maguen. Members of the College Board of Trustees including Hon. Winston Calde, Private Sector Representative John Montero III, Student Trustee Yumilka E. Filog, and Faculty Trustee Dr. Susan A. Lopez joined the officials.
