For students along Halsema Highway,your packets will be dropped off in places that you provided in your text messages.

For students currently staying in La Trinidad, Benguet and in Baguio City, please wait for a text message from identified coordinators in your respective places.

5-5-2020. The Executive Council (ExeCon) of the Mountain Province State Polytechnic College, presided by Dr. Christie Lynne C. Codod, Executive Dean of the Bontoc campus, had a meeting yesterday, May 4, to tackle important concerns in relation to the resumption of classes for the 2nd semester of AY 2019-2020 and to the upcoming 1st semester of AY 2020-2021. The salient information/agenda that were tackled in the meeting include the following, for the information of students and all concerned:

        To facilitate open communication between students and their instructors for the Flexible Learning that will be adopted during the resumption of classes for the 2nd semester of AY 2019-2020 on May 4 which will end May 31, the College Management is posting the contact numbers of the faculty members of the 11 departments of the College. Faculty members have provided the College Management their consent to post their contact numbers in the College's official website and social media accounts.

        Students are strongly advised to use these contact numbers for official purposes only. As such, they should observe proper decorum in sending text messages, questions and/or clarifications with the following content: name, course, subject, time, schedule and concerns.

        Furthermore, faculty members are also advised to keep their communication lines open from May 4 until the deadline of submission of requirements on July 24,2020 to ensure that students are assisted and guided sufficiently throughout the remainder of the academic calendar for this current semester. For information and guidance of all concerned.

         The College President Dr. Rexton F. Chakas ordered the VP for Administration and Finance to convene the Finance Advisory Council (FAdC) of the College on April 23, 2020 to discuss the implications of the latest Department of Budget and Management (DBM) National Budget Circular (NBC), No. 580 dated April 22, 2020, re: Adoption of Economic Measures in the Government Due to the Emergency Health Situation. The salient part of the Circular which is provided in 4.1 stated that,
