BONTOC, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE- Mountain Province State Polytechnic College will be celebrating her fifty years of existence with a set of activities spearheaded by the  Foundation day parade and program on April 10, 2019.

According to the Coordinator for Alumni Relations and Job Placement Office Ms. Carolyne Dale A. Castañeda, this 50th year’s celebration will surpass the prior celebrations that new activities were included which will cater to the needs of the College, including needs of the communities, and activities which may even

BONTOC- The Mountain Province State Polytechnic College continues to initiate enhancement programs primarily on leadership and governance enrichment capabilities. In line with the Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives of the College focused on producing globally competitive leaders molded from a tradition of excellence, these initiatives have been paving ways to carry out the initial purpose of the College.

Bontoc, Mountain Province- Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC) – In the recent visit of College President Rexton F. Chakas to the MPSPC-Bacarri, Paracelis Campus, the desire that the campus be given a full-fledged status was relayed. Interviewed after the visit, the College President said he was pleased with the appeal, saying that the communities mean well. “It means that the communities and their leaders know the impact of education upon their people. It means that they see what access to education would bring to them. It means that they are open to help us develop the Bacarri Campus.”

Dr. Rexton Fagtang Chakas was formally installed as 4th President (2nd term) of the Mountain Province State Polytechnic College presided over by CHED Commissioner Lilian A. De las Llagas, who is also the Chairman of the MPSPC Board of Trustees, the investiture rites served as another milestone in the College’s challenging journey of upgrading and development in solemn investiture ceremonies held at the College auditorium on February 1, 2019.
